Named after the one-eyed Norse god Odin, this knife combines tradition, craftsmanship, and performance. The blade is constructed from laminated VG10W steel (VG10 core with 420J2 stainless steel outer layers) to deliver toughness, edge retention, and resistance against twisting and bending.
It uses a convex edge grind, hand finished, which delivers an excellent balance between sharpness and durability—an edge that is harder to produce reliably by machine.
The handle is made of stacked oxhide leather, giving a rugged, tactile grip that develops a pleasing patina over time. It resists exposure to oil, solvents, and water (though extreme dryness can cause micro-cracks which tend to close up under use).
A stainless steel finger guard and a robust leather sheath complete the design, making the NL2L a striking yet utilitarian knife that performs well in demanding outdoor, survival, or display roles.
